Dan's experience includes serving as national coordinating counsel and liaison counsel involving: environmental liability; firearms; pharmaceuticals; trademark and copyright issues; and insurance coverage.

- Represents inventor of OEM product's licensing in firearms industry.
- Defended generic manufacturer of dental products against patent infringement claims by a multinational U.S. manufacturer.
- Prosecuted patent infringement cases on behalf of the inventor of a sophisticated manufacturing product.
- Arbitration in Frankfurt,Germany concerning the construction of terms of patent licensing agreement under US and German law and its enforcement proceedings in several countries representing the patent holder.
- Represented firearms manufacturer in the "Cincinnati Gun Litigation".
- Arbitration involving employment termination, business valuation, and contract interpretation seeking over $2 million damages.
- Defended licensor, company, and film director in trademark infringement case against its blockbuster movie and related products/promotions by a professional wrestler.
- Seven-day American Arbitration Association case involving multimillion dollar fee dispute, legal malpractice, and patent issues.
- Ohio coordinating counsel for leading manufacturer of gasoline containers in national lawsuit.
- Defended metal fabricating facility in lawsuit claim of 60 yrs.of ground water contamination.
- Represented a client concerning contamination to Lake Ontario and remediation cleanup from underground storage tanks.
- National coordinating counsel for foreign pharmaceutical manufacturer of over-the-counter drug in multidistrict litigation.
- Ohio counsel for licensor bringing trademark violations including counterfeit products and performances, involving 100 lawsuits for trademark infringement.
